The short version: QuidCoach is a financial coaching service — not regulated financial advice. You subscribe monthly at £17, can cancel any time, and you're responsible for the financial decisions you make. We'll always be clear and straight-talking, but final decisions are always yours.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of QuidCoach, operated by QuidCoach ("QuidCoach", "we", "us", "our"). By subscribing to QuidCoach you agree to these Terms in full.

QuidCoach is a financial coaching service. It does not provide regulated financial advice. QuidCoach is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Nothing communicated through QuidCoach — whether in Financial Snapshots, emails, forms, or any other format — constitutes regulated financial advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA).

QuidCoach provides a monthly async financial coaching subscription. The service works as follows:
Delivery timescales are targets, not guarantees. We aim for 48-hour delivery but this may occasionally vary due to demand or circumstances beyond our control.
The subscription fee is £17.00 per month (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Payment is taken in advance on a recurring monthly basis from your subscription start date.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Your card details are held securely by Stripe and are not accessible to QuidCoach.
We reserve the right to change the subscription price. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price increase by email before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies if you do not wish to continue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no notice period and no cancellation fee. To cancel, access your Stripe Customer Portal via the link in any of our billing emails, or by contacting us at hello@quidcoach.com.
Upon cancellation, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent months.
We stand behind the quality of our service. If your first Financial Snapshot does not give you at least one clear, specific action you can take in the current month, email us at hello@quidcoach.com and we will refund your first month's payment in full. No complicated process is required — a single email is sufficient.
To qualify, your refund request must be received within 30 days of your first Snapshot being delivered. This guarantee applies to your first month only and is in addition to your statutory rights.
Outside of the Satisfaction Guarantee above, as a digital service that begins upon subscription, we are generally unable to offer refunds for completed billing periods.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including your right to cancel within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period"). If you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days and a Financial Snapshot has already been delivered, we may deduct a reasonable proportion of the fee for the service already provided.
We reserve the right to cancel your subscription and issue a pro-rata refund if we are unable to continue providing the service. We may also suspend or terminate your subscription without refund if you breach these Terms.
To get the most from QuidCoach, and as a condition of your subscription, you agree to:
You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on coaching received through QuidCoach. We provide guidance and perspective — the decisions and their consequences remain yours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuidCoach shall not be liable for any financial loss, investment loss, indirect loss, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any coaching, information, or content provided through QuidCoach.
Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us in that same period.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
Your Financial Snapshots and coaching responses are prepared specifically for you. You may use them for your own personal financial management. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them commercially without our written permission.
All other content on the QuidCoach website — including copy, design, and branding — is owned by QuidCoach and may not be copied or used without permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By subscribing, you acknowledge you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service, please email us at hello@quidcoach.com. We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 20 working days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of QuidCoach after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection legislation.
